- 1 cup (8fl oz/250 ml) milk or fortified soy milk, chilled
- 1/4 cup (2 oz/60g) natural acidophilus yogurt
- 2 medium passion fruit, halved and flesh scooped from peel
- 2 teaspoon wheat germ
- 2 teaspoon honey or sugar
